About me:
I am Laura, a graduate nutritionist, health trainer for disease prevention and health management, yoga teacher and passionate hobby chef with a keen interest in health and wellness.
My own health challenges have motivated me to support others in feeling better. I want to inspire people to question their diet and support them in making changes. A holistic approach is particularly important to me, as it was crucial for my own healing process.

When we align our habits and mindset with our health goals, we can remove obstacles from our path and unlock our full potential. A healthy life has nothing to do with restrictions and diets, but with abundance and nourishment in all areas of life.

I don't believe in short-term fixes or fad diets. Everything I recommend is based on the latest nutritional science. Cutting out certain foods can create more problems than it solves, so instead of focusing on what to cut out, let's focus on what to add. This creates a natural balance that supports your health.

The philosophy of holistic counseling assumes that a person's health is an expression of the complex interplay between the physical and chemical, mental and emotional, and spiritual and environmental aspects of their lives and being. Based on your health history, your current challenges and your personal nutrition protocol, I can identify your imbalances and areas in need of optimization and create a holistic program that will help you achieve your desired goals.

That's why I don't use the scale or calorie counting as the main measure of success. While we do monitor these factors, we mainly measure your progress based on how you feel in your daily life, your symptoms, and your sense of well-being.
