I may encourage you to limit certain foods, but you don't have to give them up completely. Balance, variety and moderation are the key factors in a healthy diet.

The duration of a nutrition consultation depends on the individual's goals and wishes. The first appointment usually takes about 60 minutes and is used to take the patient's medical history and analyze the current nutritional situation. The following appointments usually take about 45 minutes each and are used to support the implementation of the recommendations and to assess progress. The duration of the counseling can be determined variably according to your needs and individual circumstances and is between 6 weeks and 3 or 6 months. If necessary, the nutrition counseling can also be extended beyond 6 months.

Once you have completed your program, you can extend it if needed or schedule quarterly check-ins as one-on-one counseling sessions. In addition, year-round support via email is also available.
